The Village of Gagetown Rural Plan was adopted by the Village Council and approved by the Minister of Environment and took effect on October 04, 2005, when it was filed at the Queens County Registry office.
This Rural Plan has been amended by By-law 30(A), 30(B) and 30(C) which have been consolidated in this version for your convenience.
