ANNUAL REPORTS On the following pages you will find annual reports for the last five years. The annual report includes information on all of the services provided by the RDPC. It also details the training and conferences attended by RDPC employees as well as information about the development or modification of land use plans. The Commission is governed by a board consisting of nine members who are appointed by the respective municipalities or the Province.The mandate of the Commission, as set out in the Community Planning Act, is to: (1) advise Councils on community planning issues and concerns, (2) carry out powers and responsibilities given under the Planning Act, and (3) advise the Province on various planning matters.The functions of the Commission necessary to fulfilling the mandate including providing:
